Yes, you can add a written message using the option on the product page. We'll then print and add it to your Bag of Soul gift envelope.

If you’d like to send a video message instead, select the video message option on the product page.

After checkout, you’ll receive a link to record your message. We’ll generate and print a QR code for the recipient to scan and view.

There’s no need! Your Bag of Soul comes in a beautiful drawstring tote bag, ready to gift. It’s carefully packed in a white recyclable cardboard box and sealed in a waterproof outer bag for protection.

To make a return, ensure all gifts are unused and placed back in the fabric tote bag in their original packaging and condition. Please include proof of purchase.
